Welcome to Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. We are pleased to announce that The Terrace is home to the newest branch of this customer-focused financial services company. The new location at The Terrace is the company’s 17th office in the country, and gives the brokerage a presence in 11 states. Starting this branch of the brokerage firm is Ward Petty, formerly of Wells Fargo.

 This is the 4^th business to open an office at The Terrace at Frazier, a mixed-used building with over 28,000 square feet of office and retail space along with 16 residential condominiums. With only 7,200 square feet of office space remaining, The Terrace has proved to be one the hottest locations for business in downtown Chattanooga and on the North Shore. Current tenants include WiggleWorm Children’s Boutique, Hudson Companies, Crest Financial Strategies, Market Street Solutions, and Massage Envy, which is currently in the construction phase.
